Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. This means it must be unused, unworn, have all original tags attached, and be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. After your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, unworn, include all tags, be in their original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
